With mac messenger can I add contacts from windows live on it and talk to them?

From my windows account on windows live can I add my windlows live contacts to mac messenger and talk to them with isight

Unfortunately you can't using mac messenger. You will need to download another application that will connect to the Live network and that supports video.

There are two choices:

aMSN

http://www.amsn-project.net/

and

Mercury Messenger

http://www.mercury.to/

They don't look as good as Windows Live Messenger, but they are free and you can use video on the Live network with them.

to awnser  your  uuh second  question  egarding  paralells and since  you dont allow email i have to do it here  

if  you buy parralells  you need to provide  your own copy of  windows and ms office  as  well  and use  parraleles  to  install windows  

you can download  Q  which is free  or virtual box also  free  but you still need  to  have a copy of windows  lying around

you  can  try wine  (  wine is not an emulator  ) which does not need  windows at all but its  difficult to configure and can be picky  im sure  office xp works though

or  you can buy   ms office  mac  student and home edition for  139   instead of the pro  version for a suck in your breath  539  

the choice is  yours
