With my greendot visa prepaid card can i buy thing offline

like at AE.com and o and do i have to wait till the card get here and can i go to a atm and get all the money off my card with out have a bank acout and if you have ever use the card on line tell me

1.)  Yes, you can buy things online with your Greendot Visa.  The point of the card is to work just like a normal debit Visa.  It's accepted everywhere debit Visa's are accepted.

2.)  Yes, you can use your Greendot debit Visa at the ATM.  No, you do not need a bank account there to use the ATM, just have your card and your pin ready.

Make sure you are aware of all of the fees, though.  

Activation:  $9.95

Add Money to it:  $4.95

Monthly Service Charge (this isn't avoidable):  $4.95

Balance Inquiry over the Phone:  $0.75

Balance Inquiry at the ATM:  $0.50

Withdrawal at the ATM:  $2.50

When you consider all of the fees, many find it to not be worth it at all (unless, of course, you got this as a gift!)
