$30-50 for the glasses exam is pretty common.

$80-120 for contacts exam.

$12-200+ for frames

$30-100+ for the lenses depending on the Rx.

Contacts prices vary from 20$/box to 300$/box.

I'm in Texas though... and things run a little cheaper here.
