Salary caps are for communists. The best and only way to restore order is to make clubs run themselves properly. Clubs can have debt but as long its part of a proper business plan. This would reward clubs who are run well and prevent the city,chelsea and man utd situation. This would make football more fair.

In my oponion FIFA should make a compulsry £30,000 salary cap and a twenty million pounds transfer cap. I mean in football a player used to have to be GOOD to become a millionaire, now you don't even have to be good and if your good your rich enough to buy the whole bloody club!
