Without makeup, by a long shot. I don't like the shade of lipgloss you chose. It doesn't fit your complexion at all. The eyeliner is okay, but not necessary.

Without make up. Or if you want to wear it, maybe you could go into a store that is purely dedicated to make up and ask for some advice as to which colours to wear and how to apply. Because, personally, i don't like the eye make up and the lip colour just doesn't suit you.

without. when you wear makeup try to make it a little less drastic like just a little eyeliner. not as much as you have on in the picture. and wear a paler lipgloss. like more skin color or just a clear gloss or chapstick. good luck hope this helped!
