With "Magic Jack" can you receive collect calls?

Can you receive collect calls with magic jack?...Also what are the pros and cons of magic jack in general? I have read so many reviews and as with everything, some are good; some say stay away. Anyone out there use it for a basic house phone, as I am not too concerned about long distance calls...

no!!! no collect calls and you cant dial 800 numbers!!

I wouldn't use it as my "only" phone!! I use it as a second line and travel.....!

computer gotta be always "on"

not a all area-codes are available

can not run together with yahoo music player
