- Do you mail to each interviewer via the company address?

- What if you do not have the necessary information about them to do so?

  1. You should always send a thank you note to your interviewers. I know it's hard to catch everything when you walk into an interview but please, please, PLEASE always write down the person's name who interviewed you - ask them for the correct spelling - or ask for their business card on your way out. (I usually just take it from their card holder at one point during the meeting.)

Go to this website - it has really good advice and ideas:

Just try to develop a system when you interview to get the interviewer's name, position, department, phone number and company address and phone number. If you didn't get the interviewer's direct number you can call the company and ask the operator for help with getting information on where to send the thank you note.

Good luck!!! Hope I've been able to help.

  2. How could you interview somewhere and not get the address?

If you don't remember each person who interviewed you, simply write a thank you note to the recruiter. They will pass it along.

If it was just a phone interview, don't send a thank you note. It's a nice gesture, but the notes should be reserved for face to face interviews only.

  3. You write the note to the person who headed up the panel - that is usually the one who sits in the centre and introduces everyone. If you can't remember the name, ring the company and ask for how to spell the name(won't work if the name is Smith of course)and what is his/her title in the company?

You can forward the letter through the recruiter but in that case address it to the recruiter and ask that person to pass on thanks to the panel at the company, which a recruiter would be pleased to do as that demonstrates your good manners!

  4. If it were just a phone interview then you need not send a note. However if you were interviewed in person then yes you should. If you were interviewed in person then you have to have the address or else how did you get there? And you must have been given the name or names of the people interviewing you.Always carry a small note book and pen so you can write those names down so you can send them a thank you note. If you do not have the information call the company and ask the person at the switch board for the address and correct spelling of the people that you met with.
