i know that pain means that u should stop. here's my deal. it's the final 2 weeks of track season and i had to take 3 days off of running to check out my prospective colleges. now i'm supposed to get back into running but i felt winded after 10 minutes. what should i do? my 2 weeks off isn't supposed to start for 2 weeks b/c i have races to compete in! thanks.

  1. I know for me it takes a couple of days b4 I can get back into the grove of things after a couple days off. Give it time.

  2. u should run outside of skool like take a quick jog or something at night...it helps you get in shape and you get more endurance

  3. One of my favorite quotes is "Pain is weakness leaving the body"

For youre problem, gradually build back up to where you used to be by running after school or on the weekends.
