  1. 9:30 or 10:00pm

  2. I think an 11 year old should go to bed at about 9.00pm and the 15 year old at about 10pm because then for each year diffrence is 15minutes :) also it gives the 15 year old time to chill-out or to talk to you :)

    Good Luck! :)

  3. Kids 10 - 12 years old need around 9 - 10  hours of sleep a night.

    Teens need 8 - 9.5

Their bedtimes should be at a time that allow for enough sleep for their age.  So around 9.5 hours before they need to wake up.

  4. Having kids of my own, especially teenagers, can't fall asleep as easy as smaller kids so as parent we know they need at least 7:30 to 8hrs of sleep at night

...depends on the time they have to be up and get ready for a new day of school..

.for example they have to get up at 6am in this case I would say get in bed at 9:30

allow them to read,no late heavy meals and dinner should be served 2hrs before bedtime, you can try a glass of milk with honey,it's an old remedy I use ever since they were little.

    PS-I also attached a link to a helpful website,good luck,freespirit =0)

  5. Their bedtimes depend on when they have to get up in the morning. Look at the recommended number of hours for your kids age groups and then apply it to your family. Some kids naturally need more sleep than others..only you and they know. The older child probably needs to be treated older..if you want more mature behavior from the older child,  then do not treat him like a baby. I just realized I don't know their sexes...my son has always acted less mature than his older sister. Boys just mature a little slower. It is always better to start  a bedtime early..and move it later if your first choice was too early. Oh, and if your 15 yr old is in highschool..he may not like the idea of a bedtime..you may have to manipulate bedtime into some kind of reward system..call it a bribe if need be. Just remember you are in charge and sometimes it takes creative parenting to keep thinks flowing smoothly..................

  6. 10pm both ages during the school week. Weekends meaning Friday and Sat, maybe 12am.

  7. Depends on how they act. Start at 10 and if they're grouchy that day, make it 9:30 and keep scaling it back by a 1/2 hour until their attitude improves.

  8. on school nights, they have to be ready for bed at 7, and asleep at 9

  9. I would think if you can get them to lay down between 9 and 9:30 and let them read or just chill out until about 10, then lights out, you'd be doing good.

  10. I'd say 9pm for the 11 year old and 10pm for the 15 year old. You can use bedtime as leverage for the 15 year old to get them to start behaving if need be.

  11. I say 10 or 10:30
