With slot tournaments, can I use my players card in the machine to rack up extra points? ?

I've never been to a slot tournament before and am going to try to go to the daily slot tournaments at one of the Vegas hotels. But I'm curious if we can get extra points and use our players club card in the machine as you would with regular slot play.

Not the ones my wife played in.  Good idea and we have all thought of it too, lol.

It may be allowed at some casinos, but most of the ones in the center strip don't give you points on your card for tournies. Check the casino website, it may tell you more.

I'm not positive on this one, but I seriously doubt they will let you get points on your card during a tournament. The only thing that they would most likely give you points on is the buy in for the tournament.
