  1. I would like to see us get two decent centres. We have been lacking in that area for a while now.

  2. Evans on the bench, although he's great with decision making, he lacks size and thats a big problem! I truly believe that brett should be the next first five for the AB's behind carter bt if he truly wants to succeed in rugby, he needs to leave canterbury and go and play for another union within nz in order to give the AB selectors something to think about. Staying with canterbury will simply means that he'll always be living under dan carters shadow unless dan carter leaves canterbury which is highly unlikely.

Messam has proved himself good in the domestic competition, however, has not shined in the super14 and thats a level up from air new zealand cup. If he performs well in the super14 level, he may give soi'alo a good run for his money

Centre! For goodness sake, the selectors should make up their minds as who to play there. Muliaina isn't the man for the job as he has shown last week. I'd say stick to toeava because he's relatively young, nurture him in the next 4 years at centre will make him a dangerous weapon in the future

I'd put jerome kaino in there and take thorne out. Why? He's tall, can cover lock, can cover the flankers positions or even number 8!

second five eight, i'd put a hitman there simply to gain some yardage through the middle and to suck up a number of defenders, man for the job should be tuitupou but he's leaving so dang!

There are a tonne of talent coming through in the air new zealand cup now and i believe by 2011, i expect only a few all blacks from this world cup to survive it to the 2011 cup, any position in the team can be threaten by anyone now with the enormous talent in nz. Take for example, brett, up coming talent, dan carter has competition now, even evans. A slightly off day for a player can cost the player his position so alot to play for. Plenty to gain and plenty to lose

  3. i would disagree in the evans at 10 and carter at 12 theres not much sense in putting the best ever 10 at 12

    1.woodcock

    2.mealamu

    3.sommerville

    4.williams

    5.eaton

    6.collins

    7.mccaw

    8.messam

    9.weepu

    10.carter

    11.nonu

    12.tuitivaki

    13.smith

    14.rocokoko

    15.evans

    16.h**e

    17.tialata

    18.flavell

    19.soialo

    20.ellis

    21.muliaina

    22.brett

i choose a different look team had enough of the canterbury dominance in the team which has been the case for the last 3 world cups and look wats happend time for a bit more spark!
