  1. England is the ONLY country which has the Manager/Coach deal with transfers only. This should be changed I think with the owner/Board to take responsibility for the team as a first, thus dialoguing and ensuring there is coordination.

The fact that the Board has even made such a statement is a bad indicator. It shows lack of coordination and gives a bad opinion of the club and it's Board/Manager relationship.

  2. NO they are trying not to look cheap

they will never say or tell wenger how to do his job it just seems that since he buys cheap young players or whatever everyone is like maybe he has no resources but they want to show that he does and he buys these players by choice not by any restrictions.

  3. They said along time ago that Arsene had money to buy IF HE WANTED .... obviously he doesnt think he needs it, the "men upstairs" leave the buying and selling decisions up to Arsene, he is the Manager, they've got to let him get on with it.

Anyone heard of Jonathan De Guzman from Feyenoord? He was mentioned in yesterdays papers about a possible move for £12 million to Arsenal, im not familiar with him, anyone else?

  4. Wenger has always been a tight ar#e when it comes to spending big , you would think it was his own money. He would be the perfect maager for Everton because we have bugger all to spend, not that i am saying there is anything wrong with the mighty Moysie.

  5. We have money but Wenger doesn't want to spend.

Danny Fizman(spellings)  words "If Arsene comes to us and says there is this guy for 30, can I buy him, the answer is 'Yes"

He will make a signing, won't be surprised if its a last minute deal.

  6. OR they're just trying to get the fans off their back and put the blame on Wenger.

  7. Everyone knows Wenger here so don't get your hopes up on him signing a big name or anything although he really should. You should strengthen your attack and midfield. Personally one big name during  the whole transfer market isn't that hard for any kind of coach and with 30 million he could buy a big one. If not Arshavin is a young and is a very wanted player so signing him would be very good for Arsenal as an attacking force.

  8. Maybe Wenger could do the unthinkable and sign a pom to the side. This would keep the other two company.

They had better hope that Blatter;s plans do not come to fruition.

  9. Is he yet to notice?

I can tell this is keeping you up at night Marky :P
