Or am I the only 1 who feels like this? I always feel like everything I do, say, or think is wrong or sinful, & that I'm h**l-bound. I think I'm going to h**l when I die.

Or could this be my OCD?

  1. It's a persecution complex

Ask Christ for forgiveness and think on it no more, it is done.

  2. I don't believe that anything is a sin.  Sin implies a belief in gods and religions, and I do not believe in gods.

But blasphemy, yes.  I am big on blasphemy.  I'll blas any phemy around.

    Peace, only without religion.

  3. You are correct , Only Jesus lived the perfect life. Jeremiah 17:9 " The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Matthew 15:18 " But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man." Isaiah 55:6 " Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

7  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon."

  4. Nope, that's why you love your God with all your heart and soul and life and know that Jesus is your savior.

  5. People begin to feel like that when they listen to the Preachers and Ministers rather than what Christ himself was saying. There is a difference.

For example, in the story of the Prodigal Son, the son did all the bad things we all do, but just turned around and was WELCOMED by his heavenly Father. See the difference?

If you want to feel at ease, simply get back to what Jesus himself was preaching, rather than the theology that came along after Jesus was gone. This will explain what I am talking about: http://gospelenigma.com Since that draws the contrast between what is taught these days, and what Christ was actually saying in the King James Bible. There is a difference.

  6. If you try to read the Bible from cover to cover you will realize that it is nothing but a collection of contradictions written by a selection of uneducated nomads trying to explain things they had no understanding of. It was cobbled together from unrelated books and has been through too many translations to leave it with any integrity.  Forget the Bible it is a worthless document.

  7. Yes.

  8. I used to feel like that too, and I'm OCD too lol so maybe that's it. Then I became atheist, and a lot of good things happened, including I'm not OCD anymore. Try it out, for real.

  9. yup!  there's too much emphasis on sin!

  10. Are you truly saved?  Maybe too many people are criticizing you or maybe the devil is putting you down, but we do need to ask forgiveness every day.  Don't worry just draw near to the Lord and ask forgiveness and get blessed by God.  Spend time with him and he will transform you.  He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (I John 1:9).  God bless you.

  11. It could be your OCD, it could be your religious up bringing or it could even be your own ideas of what the Bible might say, I don't know, but I do know, the Bible does not condemn us to h**l, but it gives us advice on how we can live a good and happy life now and also in the future, the Bible only condemns those who refuse to repent, turn around from doing badness, and who insist on continuing on with sin. If you take the time to look into the Bible, you will see, that it encourages you to enjoy your life, within God's moral and clean boundries.

  12. No. We sin, that is a human nature. We all are saved only by the grace of God when we accept Jesus our Savior. His salvation offer is not a license to sin, but it is a good thing to remember that we all fall short

  13. Without guilt religion wouldn't be the same. It's, "You're bad,  but we'll make you good and God said to put money in the basket, or you're definitely bad"..

  14. The Church's propaganda has, over the years, twisted everything to become a sin. This was, people eternally devote themselves to the cause. When they could change no more, they created the concept of "Original Sin", sin inherited through genetics that is impossible to have removed (this despite the "Sins of the Father" ideal)

If you pray and ask forgiveness and do all the things that the religion had originally asked of you, Heaven is your final destination. Nothing more, nothing less.
