do you think the drivers are going to have to get better "seat feel" or have the teams fuel specialist "dope"the map for wet conditions.

  1. If the F1 drivers havent got used to the tc loss after winter testing and 6 races, they should find another job!

I think most drivers were resonably comfortable without it from the start, as theve come up form lower frormulas that also had no tc.

Apart from Australia, there has only been around the adverage ammount of retirements as last year, even at Monaco there were 14 finishers in extremley difficult conditions, yes a lot of minor bumps but nothing excessive.

  2. They haven't decreased it, they've removed it completely.  I don't understand the other things you said but drivers now rely on their instinct and feel of the car to get it around corners without spinning, and as we have seen this season, some drivers could do with a bit more practice than others..

  3. No, I think most drivers have already got a 'feel' to it (car, track) but it doesn't guarantee a flawless race. Before with TC it just meant good old Massa's got a bigger room for error, now the stakes are higher and room for error really small.

  4. Its a lot better without traction control.  If you watch this onboard video of the start at Monaco you can hear the wheels spinning all the time, along with Massa nearly losing it a few times  http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=bUZJnXfA3w...

Im glad the throttle is controlled by the driver's foot and not electronic mapping
