With the degree - Early Childhood Care and Education, Associate of Applied Science Degree?

Can you be a kindergarden teacher with this degree? If not, what steps to take?

You need a bachelor's degree in a field and then some courses in early childhood education.  Some of your course work may count, but you'd have to ask admissions.

No you can not.  Check with your state and see what courses you will need to take to become a kindergarten teacher.

You will need a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a in Elementary Ed. to teach kindergarten. It depends on your states requirements. Be sure that whatever program you choose is a licensure program. Good luck!
