  1. probably not hun . im sorry your screwed . :)

  2. With the economy like it is you getting a job no matter what you have under your belt will be difficult. But without a college degree you might find yourself battling for less positions because your selection won't be as wide.

  3. If you are dependable, you can create a fabulous job for yourself and save money for school. My cousin started by baby-sitting pets of rich people when they were away from home, and watering their plants.

After she had established her reputation, the people started asking her to stay at their homes while they were gone. She gets to spend all day and night in gorgeous homes, gets paid mega bucks , and watches tv and waters plants, brings in mail and feeds pets. It's a great job for a beginning.

  4. Now days you need a degree no matter how the economy is. It does not matter so much what it is in, just that you got one. With cut backs and companies down-sizing because of the economy, they'll choose smarter, and there will be more competition because there are less jobs available. That is where what kind of degree you have comes in to play. If you have a degree that doesn't deal much with the job you're applying for, they'll choose an applicant with the more relevant degree.

  5. With the current economy, no.  Once the dust settles I would still say no. As college degrees have become increasingly common, the job market saturation of 4-year degrees will make it virtually impossible to do anything without it.  Some argue this is already currently underway. In most part, I would also agree.  As more people get degrees and fewer and fewer people seek white collar jobs, blue collar jobs are actually being shipped overseas at increasing rates.  It may sound bleak, but the same thing happened 40 years ago when the job market became increasingly saturated with AA degrees; which displaced a century long reign of high school gradutate dominated job market.

  6. Yeah, but only the blue collar jobs. You should go to college instead of becoming a plumber-even if the pay is somewhat solid.
