Question:

With the gas prices being cheaper when paying with cash, my son is now robbing people - how to confront him?

Ever since they announced on the news that it's cheaper to pay for gas with cash, my teenage son caught on instantly that there would be many more people walking around with $50 - $100 more cash. I overheard him talking to a friend about how much money they could make, and recently found a stun gun in his room. He also has a few new pricey items that he claims his girlfriend got for him.

How do I confront him about this?

  1. Your son is obviously a criminal.  Talking to him isn't going to help him.  If you really want to help him, try some tough love and report him to the police.

Otherwise, he will soon be in jail at the very least, and quite possibly in hospital or dead if he tries that stun gun on someone with a .45.

  2. Tell him as long as he's under your roof he's splitting the take.

  3. Tell him there are lots of LEGAL ways to get free/cheap gas.

http://www.powrz.com/freegas is giving out free $250 gas cards and vouchers. I got mine yesterday! All I had to do was enter my email and answer a few stupid survey questions. Considering the high prices of gas today, saving on gas really helps you cut expenses and save money!

  4. Call the police and ask them to talk to him without filing charges... a word to the wise without getting involved.

  5. You need to take him down and give him the scrubby head.

  6. With the high gas prices these days I'm so glad I found this site that gives you a gift card for gas completely free! Check it out

  7. Buy him some armor and better weapons so he doesn't die so quick.

  8. let me at him. i'll teach him a lesson.

  9. take the stun gun

and tell him if he does not stop you will call the cops

you don't really have to call just threaten him

  10. Step one is to take the shotgun away.

What type of parent lets their teenage kid keep a shotgun in his room?
