  1. Hello----excellent question----

you must be concerned about power, telephone, cable, gas, propane, all consumables, etc--

fuel oil used in trucks---hauls your food, truckers are going out of business

fuel oil in tractors produce your food---farmers can not afford diesel and the cost of your food will rise because of cost of production

the ship can hit the sand soon

  2. i am terrified. we live in a cold climate and they are saying propane prices will be double this year. We spent 4,000 dollars last year on heat alone.  I am looking into installing a wood burning stove this summer.

  3. Last month the electric bill was $476.23. Last week I paid approximately $147. for gasoline to get to work. The mortgage had to be paid, food had to be purchased, and the telephone bill had to be paid, and let's not forget Visa! (smile)

I already have two jobs..I'm now looking for a 3rd one. I just may start selling things at the local flea market...Also, I've starting gambling (smile)...I've been buying power ball tickets...Hey! You never know!

  4. Switch don't buy your utilities from the big boys. If the big boys are made to suffer then they will have to reduce their prices and that should have a knock on effect the same goes for fuel.

What gets me at the moment is that British Gas are supposed to be sending 4 free energy saving light bulbs to their customers. How much is that costing them and it is only the consumer that will be paying for them in the end so in fact they are NOT free. Besides they probably won't fit any light fittings in peoples homes anyway.
