Well if that's all the raise you got I assume that you're poor. So either get better education, switch jobs or companies, or sell drugs. And be thankful that you have a job.

I would talk to your manager about it.

You should be getting a raise every 6 months, at the least.

Or since it's only yearly, a $1 or more.

Get a new job.
