With the right to roam in scotland is their such a thing as a private beach, no gates or fences?

  1. The right to roam does not actually mean just anywhere. It means you can use any road or path deemed a right of way and the land owner cannot block that road or path by any means. I'm not certain but I think you can also follow the line of a hedgerow bordering fields etc.
