  1. Felon?

That would be no..................Enjoy taking the bus...........

  2. There are exceptions to who can own firearms.  People with felony convictions or any level of domestic assault convictions can not own firearms.

  3. The supremes are a singing group.

  4. I think being a felon shouldn't automatically disqualify you from owning a handgun, since the Supreme Court has rewritten the Consitution.

  5. Convicted felons are prohibitted from ever owning a firearm are even ammunition as far as that is concerned.

  6. All class felons are prohibited from possessing a firearm.

  7. That depends on state law, but mostly no. That has nothing to do with the Supremes ruling.

  8. Issues like this are now going to court. TBD.

  9. Hello Clifford. If it will help you at all, google "Weapons under Disability". This is a Federal law concerning weapons ownership by convicted felons.

Any person convicted of any felony crime cannot own, possess, buy or use a firearm. There is one proviso however, and that is if you can get your record expunged.

Expungement is highly state/crime specific, but you may only get ONE felony expunged from your record.

If I am reading your question correctly, you have had three felony convictions for drunk driving? If I am reading this correctly, it would be impossible to get this expunged.

If I am incorrect and you only have ONE felony conviction, see an attorney within the jurisidiction of the arrest/conviction and he can tell you if you qualify. If so, he can draw up your petition and submit to the court in your name.

Best of luck to you and I hope this is useful
