With these types of friendship bracelets...?

to make these friendship bracelets you have to use a little plastic thing inside .. do you know where i an buy them?

Probably even entire friendship bracelet kits....

They are made using plastic needle point canvas and yarn.  you will also need a yarn needle.

The plastic canvas can be found in lots of places.  Any craft store like AC Moore or Michaels will have it.  Walmart has it also.  

Don't worry about the "special plastic canvas yarn" craft places try to sell you for doing the needle work - worsted yarn of any kind works just fine, and is WAY cheaper as well.

(By the way, you can get a similiar look with a softer feel by using large count aida cloth)
