He knows that he needs to ration it, and he also has an apple and a chocolate bar.

  1. Alex B,

You know he's talking about a book right?

  2. 5 or 7 days..

  3. 2-3 days

  4. I'm not sure. Maybe two days. But he should eat the apple before it gets all nasty and brown.

I would probably just sit down under a cactus or something and eat the food and wait for someone to find me. Might as well die eating chocolate, right?

  5. 3 weeks at most I think.

  6. i don't know about you but i would only last like one day

  7. A couple hours, if that.

  8. How big are the bottles? One litre, 1.5, larger? Smaller?

How long they would last would depend on how hot it is, how active he is, and if he can find some sort of shade during the hottest parts of the day. It would also depend on how smart and level-headed he was.

The chocolate would melt right away, and the apple would rot, so he'd have to eat them quickly.

Are there cacti native to this desert that he could eat in order to get at the water in the pulp?

Does he know that he can drink urine if there is no other water available? What kind of camping/wilderness survival knowledge does he have, if any?

I can't give you a time frame. It could be less than a day, or even several days, depending upon all the circumstances.

  9. 2 your kidding right bring 4 or 6 some just for you the chocolate will melt bring napkins
