Question:

With weight watchers could i lose 50 pounds?

ok so im 200 pounds and 5'8

but i only look like 145.

but i want to lose 30-50? pounds.

and i heared weight watchers is a really good program.

so with that said i was wondering how long it would take me to lose that weight if i stuck to weight watchers and excersised an i hour a day 5 days a week?

and if anybody has a better diet system id love to know.

  1. weight watchers is a very good program. And yes if you stick to it, the weight will come off. I would say it would take about 6-7 months to lose 50 lbs. ♥


  2. Yes , it's possible I did join weight watchers years back and I lost a total of 64 lbs. It's good program that can help you get started and on your way. But you have to be willing to stick to the program and follow through other wise you might gain the eight back. Which to say that I did.

  3. I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on there products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 30 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later!   7. Weight Watchers works really well!  I have already lost 40 pounds.  Once you join you will figure out your points system so you will safely lose 1-2 pounds per week.  It is totally possible to lose 30-50 pounds!  Good Luck!

  8. Sure could! I've lost almost 60 pounds with WW since this past January. So that's about 7-8 months. It's a slow, steady weight loss, and that's the healthiest way to do it. I also exercise every day - brisk walking, jogging, Pilates, and strength training. WW just basically teaches you to watch portions and make healthy food choices, it's great! You have to think of it as a lifestyle change. Best Wishes with your weight loss =)

  9. if u look like 145 pounds, its coll, because it may be because u have more muscle than fat in your body. actually i'm not a fan of exercising 5 times a week. i used to do that but no results. i suggest you to exercise 3 times a week each for 2 hour, one hour cardio(in 3 set of 20 min) and 1 hour weight training.you should do weight training between the cardio set. i'm doing this method for two months and it really helped me. using apple vinegar and Cinnamon and red pepper are very good for busting your metabolism. if you can, it would be great to replace your dinner with salad and air-popcorn which have lots of fiber. good luck
