ok so im 200 pounds and 5'8but i only look like 145.but i want to lose 30-50? pounds.and i heared weight watchers is a really good program.so with that said i was wondering how long it would take me to lose that weight if i stuck to weight watchers and excersised an i hour a day 5 days a week?and if anybody has a better diet system id love to know.
