With what kind of food do we eat SOUR CREAM with?

I glom some on a baked potato, along with butter, cheese and bacon bits.

Sometimes it goes on a taco, nachos, enchiladas, etc.  

Also use sour cream for dips.  Add an envelope of powdered salad dressing to one or two cups of sour cream.

A dollop  in the middle of a bowl of soup, including borscht, on the top of blintzes with fresh fruit, and inside the homemade blintzes, (which are made of cottage cheese and sour cream), in beef stroganoff, the base of dips, in gravies, and definitely with perogy which have been boiled and then fried with onions and butter (Mrs. T's will do).   Experiment, sour cream will make any of your gravies or soups that much more creamy and add a subtle flavor.
