if a horse becomes withdrawn just before the race and u av it in a place pot does it go on the favorite lie a none runer does

In the UK it goes onto the favourite..if there are joint Fav`s then it goes onto the lowest number fav..ie..Two joint fav`s number 3 & 8 then your stake would go onto number 3.
