Within how many days I have to transfer a two wheeler to my name after the purchase ?. I have moved out of the registered RTO, also tell me how many days if I am moving out of the state too.

"Immediately before you start using it" is my suggestion. Otherwise you cannot claim (if at all any) from the insurer and get paid for the subsequent damages or loss.
