Since the old bill is dead, just as dead as Yak Rider says, no one can say what any new bill will or won't have in it or for that matter how long it will take to even put a new one together.

If Obama is elected president and the Dems increase their lead in Congress, they will pass an amnesty law for almost all illegal aliens, ICE will be out of business, and the border patrol will just wave as the millions of aliens invade our country from Mexico. That should answer your question.

i am not sure whether or not the bill which did not pass included any reforms in that regard , however if u would like that in particular to happen then u should start making some calls to every congressman/woman whose phone u can get to include that in the new bill which will be introduced in the next legislation ... also please ask them to stop the raids in work places and to only focus in violent undocumented and harmful people . the legalization of all the undocumented is due to happen and there is little anti-immigrant groups can do about it , if u can vote please make sure to do so .
