The meaning of the due process clause is the subject of several hundred excellent books available in any decent law library.  Their are hundreds of sub-contexts, from the nature of a trial to the limits on laws that can be passed by legislatures.  If you just want to pick a subject at random, go to the u.s. supreme court listing on findlaw.com, read a few decisions and find one that mentions the due process clause, then write your paper on whatever subject the opinion addresses.
