Without LIFE is there any reason for the universe to be there?

Well, the universe was deliberately created by Allah in 6 days ( Allah's days) equals to 15 billions worldly years, for the life itself. The question is, why are the living - things placed in this very tiny dust so called Earth, while the universe is borderless?

I don't see why the universe needs life around to appreciate it. Why couldn't it just exist for the sake of existing?
