have some difficulty adapting to a new coaching style.  The thing is that the seahawks have been used to Holmgreen for quite some time.  It will be very tedious for the team to adjust to a new coach so quickly.  No matter who they get I think they will be good in time, but Mike was the coach that brought their franchise to its very first super bowl appearance.  He has done a great work as the coach and I think it will be hard to replace him so soon.  The seahawks will be good but it will take time..

This team is not going to revamp or change it's basic philosophy. They have drafted and aligned players to work within this system. You don't build a team around a system and then change the system. Too much money and strategy involved to let a coach change it all. Seriously...
