Without a lot of money, does anyone have ideas on what to get my teenage friends for christmas?

I have a lot of people to buy for so it has to be cheap but not to tacky!

You can get stuff like lotion or body spray from walmart or target and its pretty cheap there.

I have two suggestions.  

- Buy a cheap picture frame and put a picture of you guys in it.

-You can get calendars made pretty cheap.  You just get pics of you and your friends and a copy store will put them in a calendar.  I did it for my friends one Christmas and they loved it!  Plus it was super cheap.

Here is an idea although you would have to do a deal with a parent in order to use their credit card IE pay them whatever you spend.

Go to http://qvcuk.co.uk check out the last clicks section where top goods are sold at knock down prices, check out sets like perfumes,jewelry, etc. I just had a look and for example there was a four perfume set for £20.00. Split that up and you would have a top class perfume for four of your mates for a fiver each The original price was over £40.oo so that makes it look like you have spent considerably more on them than you have.

Not having any idea of the idea of your limitations it is rather hard to suggest. Perhaps something from a pound shop; if you can afford, a small voucher to go along with it. Something to spend and something to keep as long as the receiver wishes.

Remember, a gift from the heart is always best, even if the price is modest.

You could get a picture of all of you together, print off copies and put them in nice (yet cheap) frames. Me and my friends have done this before and there great for putting up in your room  (:

Christmas does not always mean you have to give or receive something. How about make a plan to have "big" family dinner -- by big I mean everybody contribute on helping to prepare the dinner. The time you spend with them will be remembered as special. Good luck.

everyone gets one gift but it will cost a bit more instead of  seven small cheap gifts.

set a limit of $20-25 for the gift.

other then that go to a craft store and buy some supplies and make everyone a Christmas ornament with their name and the date ( their name then under that 2008)

make them all different

if you can bake then bake 3-4 different types of cookies/treats and package them into a small basket along with   some hot chocolate or small box of chocolates

you can make chocolate spoons too

just get some plastic spoons, melt some chocolate chips into a microwavable bowl, dip the spoons in, let harden then dip again, let them harden and then wrap in plastic wrap and tie with a small bow.
