  1. Legally, they can't hire you without a work permit.  That being said though, day labor or constuction are two possibilities.

  2. Only if you choose to work for an incorporated entity do you need a so-called "work permit." Your labor is a gift from YHWH, not a bunch of perverts who want to make merchandise out of you.

Get up and work for yourself serving others in one of the many service jobs (cutting lawns; landscaping, for instance) outside the control of others who force you to get an SSN and sign lawyer-created agreements where YOU agree to forfeit percentages of your pay to the IRS and Socialist Security Administration. You work for cash without the permission of the Bankruptcy Trustees. This way you keep your affairs private. It's none of their business unless YOU make it their business.

If you later give in to opening up a bank account whereby you "agree to all the rules of the Bank," [Bank Signature Card] to make deposits and cash other people's checks, the IRS via the US SEC of the Treasury (IMF) owns you.

So, if you wish to remain "free," don't sign any benefit applications or contracts which cause adhesion to the bankrupt United States. You may be too young to understand this now, but believe me, their doctrines and riches are corrupted. This applies anywhere on the globe.

  3. None. You are legally required to have a work permit at your age. If anyone hires you and you don't have one the business can be cited and fined.
