Without proper equipments, how can i improve in volleyball?

no gym, no time to drill, less experience in tournament

  1. just drill yourself in evryday things.  i have the same problem, and a lot of the times, i just relate things i do to the things i normally do.  like alot of the times my brothers will stick things to the ceilings, and wen im sent to get them down, i practice my approach and follow through.  and i practice rolling on the basement floor.  i also like to take anything i kind find and pass it to myself while im crouched real low, so i wont hit the ceiling.  for setting, i pretty much just go through the motions.


  2. lay in bed or on the floor and set above ur head with either a volleyball or a basketball (if you want to work harder). Also serve a volleyball against a wall to improve your aim and strength. Also alot of volleyball is about strength and fitness. You use a lot of your abs and arms and such so fitness training can help you as well.
