my life just seems so dull

i go to work and i hate my job (the customers are rude and expect so much from a £3.50 meal and theres never enought staff on at busy times so im exhausted by the end of the shift) my hours keep going down instead of increasing so i dont have any money after i pay the bills

i get home and i do the housework and we sit and watch tv.

my boyfriend doesnt like going out unless its to the cricket club coz he says going out round town is to expensive.

so i go there which i find quite boring most of the time

i just get so bored with it all how can i make it more exciting?

  1. It is not money which can give you exitment in your life bcoz there are number of people who have less money then also they are enjoying their life so u can do the same without money.

I dont have much money then also i am enjoying life by making good friends. faith on them helping them, dont take much more tension in life, seat alone for 15 minutes a day...........likewise u can also enjoy the life.

    Ok bye bye

    All the very best

    Gunjan.

  2. Whats the most enjoyable free activity? Just have s*x a lot.

  3. Turn off the TV and meditate, the Beatles quit drugs (which cost money) when they discovered meditation and got the same level of enjoyment from this activity, and they became wiser and perhaps wrote better songs from this state of mind. Also try to look up more, and when someone a customer is rude to you, smile at them, make them feel uncomfortable by your smiling so they end up having to smile back to you. Much better this than giving them dirty looks because this way you end up both enjoying yourselves, and I bet more people will apologise for their rudeness because they will think 'why is she smiling at me' - 'ahhh yes I was a bit rude, I better apologise' I think, try it, it might be worth it. Also life does get better it always does, you have just got to let it. You are the master of your ship, sail to the skies!

  4. best things in life are free...

look for friends who are REAL people and friends who truly care...

  5. Perhaps tourism would help. Traveling usually excites anyone.  Take pictures of where you go and maybe start a scrap book capturing where you have been.  When you are amongst your friends you can show them.  Maybe the places that you have went will make them interested.

    -Good Luck

  6. Can you afford to do semthig that woudl improve your situation - I think its fine to be poor - I have had my best tiems when I ahven't had loads of dosh -but to be abused all day at work is not good.

Can you go on a massage/counselling course and have another sideline eventually  work for yourself.

Do you have a circle of friends you can start to do a dinner round where each one hosts a modest dinner party once a week - this usually stimulates a lot of interesting discussions and humour.

I havent had a T.V for 40 years it really is a depressant - try switching it off for a month and see what you come up with.

But certainly finding ways to widen your circle of active friends seems necessary.

  7. This is a great question! I have a similar situation, with the only difference that my bf is not here, but rather far away. And to tell you the truth I experiment a lot with the 'excitement' part. I have tried yoga, and it really helps in the sense that not having the excitement thoughts get out of your head. The other things really depend on what you enjoy doing. Do you have a hobby? If not then think about what makes you happy and try to start doing it. Anything, even sewing may help, as you can see the results of your work and don't feel like anything you do has to result.

I am not sure where you live, but try to research some cheap classes. Again, it re pends on your interests, there should be something cool and not expensive!

Also try to play with your appearance. It can really boost the mood and help you find a new person inside!

Good luck to you and to me as well, as we are both looking for the better life.
