Klitschko was two serious problems  that spell disaster for an elite heavyweight.   He has a glass jaw, and he fights scared.  If a little fella like Ibragamov can frighten Wlad into refusing to exchange punches with him, Max Baer would have simply walked through that jab and KOed Wladimir with relative ease.

it would depend on which max baer turned up for the fight. baer was  a hot and cold fighter...he was excellent against schmelling, devistating against carnera, but sloppy against braddock, outclassed against louis, and split a few fights against farr.

if max came into the fight in top shape, he'll beat vlad 2 rounds.

a very interesting match, but klitschko is a far superior boxer to baer who clowned his way out of the championship when he got outboxed by braddock.

max
