The Heavyweight boxer from Ukraine, Wladimir Klitschko has challenged his arch rival, David Haye, for a bout to defend his boxing World heavyweight championship title.
Very recently the veteran boxer successfully retained his WBO (World Boxing Organization) and IBF (International Boxing Federation) titles with a tenth round over his veteran rival Samuel Peter on Saturday in Frankfurt.
Now the thirty-four year old Ukrainian has challenged the thirty year old British boxer, David Haye, for a bout. It is to be notified that Klitschko had to face Haye in June 2009 after Haye beat Nikolai Valuev in November for the WBA title.
After announcing the challenge for the bout, the WBO champ boxer expressed his thoughts to media and said that he is ready to face Haye and he is tired of listening about him. The thirty-four year old challenged his rival and said that it is the time to
act and now Haye should come and face the challenge as he is looking forward to giving him a serious beating.
Later Klitschko added bluntly that Haye should stop talking nonsense and face the challenge like a man.
According to some news the thirty year old British ace boxer David Haye had taunted Wladimir Klitschko and his brother Vitali Klitschko, which was strongly criticized by the media and by the boxing fans.
The IBF title champ Wladimir said that Haye has offended him and his brother in a very serious and disrespectful way and he will have to face a serious challenge from him.
Wladimir told the media about the accomplishments of David Haye and said that Haye has not accomplished much yet and he calls himself one of the top ten boxers of the modern era. He added by saying that boxing is a game of nerves and sheer power and he will
show Haye how it is played.
The thirty-four year old said that Haye has become a little slow now after moving to the heavyweight circuit and he is not as quick as he was. The Ukrainian champ boxer continued by saying that he is interested in the belt and he will fight to snatch it
from any rival.
According to the trainer of Wladimir, Emanuel Steward, if the Briton refuses to fight the Ukrainian than the champ boxer from Poland will be Klitschko’s next opponent. The trainer added that David Haye is just mouthing for no reason and he should face the
real fight now.
The trainer added that the Briton should show his nerves and accept the challenge as Wladimir has done enough with words and now this is the time to face some action. Steward continued and said that David was due to face Klitschko in 2009 but after asking
for the bout, the Briton ran away and he has got no reason to talk now.
The dynamic duo, Wladimir and his brother Vitali Klitschko are enjoying the best time of their professional boxing careers and both the brothers seem confident and keen in defending their titles as well as snatching the other’s belts as well.
When Emanuel Steward was asked about the fact the Ukrainian coach said that no one is ready to face the Klitschko brothers as they are a bit too tough for all the others. He added that we are focusing to give our best and it really doesn’t matter whom we
are fighting against as all we want is victory by knocking the rival out.
Wladimir has done his job by challenging his British rival David Haye now it is up to the British to Test his limits by facing the WBO and IBF titles champ.
