  1. Yes, there are independent Kindergarten classrooms. You will need to have it accredited by the state you live in. Then you will have to determine the curriculum you will provide, who will teach the program (if you are not a credentialed teacher).  You will also need to be licensed, have a proper building for your classroom, have insurance, will you provide a full time or half day program, will lunch be provided~you will have to follow certain food guide lines. These are just basics, I'm sure there are a whole lot more.

    Good luck to you.

  2. No-- not at all. If you have suitable accomodation and good teaching staff, and adminitrative capacity--then you can easily open and run a kindergarden.

  3. Any business will be hard to run.  Your first step is to get qualified.  Then find a good location, well equipped premises.  Good staff.  That's a start.  You then need to train your staff to understand your rules - about holidays, break time, make sure there is good rapport with your staff and that's half the hard work done.  Then you need to look at your incoming finance and your outgoing - at first there will be no profit, then it should balance itself out and you've created a successful business you should see a black line at the end of your accounting.  Good luck.

  4. it depends on your creativeness to deal with the young guys.. you must have something new for them, something exciting that will make them enjoy every moment of and something that will make them want to come back to you for the next day..

also, you should set up a friendly and welcoming environment, different from the blackboard-type of teaching..

another thing is that, you need to have extreme patience and the love for kids to make it all work out!

:D haha so it really depends on you!

  5. I would imagine so and my guess is that it may not be legal depends upon your area. In my state kindergarten is part of the public school system or in private schools. I have never heard of an independant kindergarten.

  6. It depends on your education. If you have a B.A. in business and think you can handle it, please think again.

The first thing you need to do is get a degree in early childhood education. Then you need to learn all the states laws and requirements and take all the states training courses on top of your degree. Then you need to know the zoning laws and you need to have the money. One cannot just open a kindergarten anymore. If you open on without it being turn-key (a business already operating and selling) then you have to know of the impact fees, square footage per child and how many restrooms are required per children.

If you have a building in mind and it only has one commode, you need to know how much it will cost to add at least 4 more.

You have allot of homework to do before you can get started on the loan process. good luck e-mail me if you have any other questions

  7. yes.it depends on your skilll

  8. Yes, but how hard depends upon your skills and experience, the regulations in the area where you open it, and the quality of staff and systems that you put in place.

  9. Yes. of course!! i have a friend and she has a little sister and believe me she keeps annoying me. She even comes to my classroom and starts annoying me. Trust me caring for a little child is no good. You will have to keep an extra eye on them. If you don't look after the they can seriously go hypo!!!

why? You are going to be a teacher. If you are all the best of luck!!

  10. You would need skills to run a kindergarten and you would  need a license.
