  1. download videolan client

    which is freeware

  2. You can play WMV on a Mac by installing Flip4Mac (free download). Check out these sites for more:

I have it and it works fine. Good luck.

  3. just d'load k-lite codec pack and u can watch every format on ur pc

  4. well, quicktime should play all your wmv files. if not, this means it is coded for a pc, and may be a zip fle. mac automatically 'unzips' zip files, but it cannot do this for pc files. there are several programs out there that you can download that does this specific task. Maybe this can help you.

now, for fonts, there are two different types (.ttf for mac, and another for pcs.) make sure that the type is for macs, otherwise it will simply open the pc encoded version, which is like jibberish :). There are programs you can download to convert it to a mac text file, but it is far simpler to find the mac equivelent. If it is made for a mac, just double click it on your desktop, or open up fontbook and install it there.

    good luck!

  5. Download VLC media player, it's free and plays all video formats.
