WoW Leveling Spec for a warrior not taking hits?

Me and my friends will instance level in WoW. We're gonna be 3 warriors and 1 shaman. I'll be playing a warrior and I don't think I'll be taking a lot of hits. I know nothing about the warrior trees, both arms and fury seems interesting, what would be the best spec for a warrior not taking hits? If I have to pick a tree I'd go for fury but if you think arms will do better, go for it =D

For a DPS warrior, level up with Fury. It makes things a lot easier. However, when you hit level 40 you might want to switch to Arms (for mortal strike) and then rebuild your fury tree as you level.
