WoW Troll Class Issues?

Question

I want to make a Troll just because I thought I should try out Horde for a chance, and plus I like Troll mounts. No, I do not want to make an Undead because they are better at PvP and get exalted to get a Raptor.. or wait till 60 to get a PvP mount... I want a Troll and thats final.

The Troll Classes are: Warrior, Hunter, Rouge, Preist, Shaman, and Mage. I have narrowed my options to Preist and Shaman.

It HAS to be either Shadow Preist or Shaman... there are no other options other then those 2. I do not really want to go healer because my Druid main is Resto.. I would like to be DPS. The thing with Shaman is, if you'r going into Arena, its best to be Resto and pair up with a Warrior... and I don't really want to do that. Plus I am not a fan of the Totem thing...

If I went with a Preist I would go Shadow for sure.. but the thing is I have a Human Warlock..and everytime I when I was grouped with a Shadow Preist.. all I could think was "Wow, Shadow Preists are just Warlock wana-bees" lol.

So I got into the concept that a Shadow Preist is just like a Warlock with less efectiveness and no Minion. Most likely I am wrong about this and I just grew into this sterio-type.

I am going toward a Shadow Preist... please tell me all their Pros and Cons... and proove me wrong about the Warlock thing xD

Also tell me some pros and cons about Shaman. Thanks!

Um, also, supposedly enhancement Shamans are basically unbeatable 1v1. So that's what I'd spec into. (I'm pretty sure it's enhancement. I'll let you know if i'm wrong. :P)

The totems are weird. But I'm sure it's like with paladins and seals- once you get used to it, you don't mind at all.

Shadow priest completely owns in a 3 man arena. I had a shadow priest and a beast master hunter with me ( druid here ) and I don't think we could've broken the 2100+ if we didn't have him with us.

Switching from shadow to heal->shadow to dish out dps+dot+effects was fantastic in both arena's and group BG battles.
