WoW UDE cards?

Question

These UDE points cards also have an item on them like Primal Fire or Heart of Darkness. Do these cards when used give you that item in the game and the points or do you only get the points?

You don't get those items in game.

Those cards are used for crafting items for the WoW TCG. You can enter the UDE points, but then there's also a form you can fill out and mail in the resource cards to craft other special cards that they'll mail you back.
