WoW:How to post banners on unofficial WoW forums?

Question

I was wondering how can i post banners on the unofficial WoW forums?I tried to paste the banner code in the text area of the post on the forum,but it doesn't come out as a banner it comes out as a code...Can anybody tell me what am i doing wrong,and how can i get it right? Thanks in advance!

HTML is likely disabled on the forums. You will need to verify what HTML codes are available. Also, most forums use something called "BBCode". If that's the case, try using [img]http://imagelinkhere/blah.jpg[/img]
