how long have you liked wolves?

I've liked them since 6th Grade when I did a report on them.

Why do you love them?

I already liked dogs when I did the report, and I the wolves just became my fav wild animal after the report.

DO you think wolf hunting is right?

NO.

For one, I don't really think their population is high enough for any sport hunting of wolves.

Two, they were once hunted to the brink of extinction, I'm sure there'd be a few more restrictions hunting them now then there was back then... but I also think most people still view wolves as bad/evil.

I understand (sometimes) why ranchers have a problem with wolves. We need to find a different solution than killing wolves for killing livestock. :-(

no. I've never met someone who hunted one or very many hunters.

If you lived in a wolf pack what position would you be (ALPHA or ?)

The Alpha female, of course. She gets to bred, eats the best parts of the kill, etc.

how long have you liked wolves? since I was like 3 or 4, i have had a huge love for animals for most of my life.

Why do you love them? they are amazing and beautiful predators.

DO you think wolf hunting is right?  No,, farmers should be able to find a way to keep their livestock and pets safe without leaving them open to predation by one of natures

have you ever asked questions to hunters about wolf hunting? no, I am a hunter myself, but i only hunt animals that have overpopulated, because that could endanger the ecosystem

I've loved wolves as long as I can remember. I love them because they're beautiful, loyal, intelligent and brave - they protect each other, care for their sick and injured, mate for life, and bring down animals ten times their own size using teamwork.

I am utterly opposed to the hunting of any animals, except where this has been made necessary by the actions of human beings - for example, here in the UK we've wiped out all our large predators, meaning that we must take over their role and cull the deer, or their populations would explode and they would overgraze their environment. Also, introduced species which pose a threat to native species should be controlled.

I love all animals, but my favourites, besides wolves, are all species of cats and snakes, rats, horses, and dogs.

I've never met a wolf hunter, and frankly I don't think I'd be able to keep a civil tongue in my head if I did!

If I were part of a wolf pack, I'd probably be the beta wolf. I see myself as more of an advisor than a leader, but I have a strong sense of loyalty and responsibility.
