Wolverhampton races/indian restaurant ?

having a night out at wolverhampton races saturday night but have never been before so would like some advice as to what to expect. i know it's not good quality racing but it's much better than spending a night in front of the telly!

also does anyone know of a good nearby indian restaurant we can visit after the racing. thanks.

I live in w-ton,its only a mile from town centre.you can get a taxi(wednesfield 01902305333)and go to town till 2 o'clock and find resteraunts of all nationalities there.good luck!the racing is poor and at £12 a head to get in you'll need it!The drivers know the town like the back of their hand.
