as you know ryan reynolds is playing deadpool... but in the trailer i saw him w.o the outfit.. do you think he is gonna have the outfit later on in the film.. cuz it was only like 2 secs of him on that trailer

Read this character biography, it is anybody's guess how he will appear in the movie.

He does have superhuman regenerative healing powers, so he may stay with a (fairly) normal human form.

Here in Australia, we have to wait till the end of April for it's release.
