Men can't give up being domineering and controlling. My theory is that it is men's way at getting back at women for weaning and toilet training them.

Speaking as a man: women should stop asking men for what they have a right to... they should simply take it.

Everyone is free. It's just a question of what kind of price you are willing to pay to exercise it.

Most women, I think have more freedom nowadays then they realize. They can dump their boyfriends/husbands with pretty much no consequences.

The only difference is maybe having to work a little harder in your career.

Everything else is in your head.

Emancipation for women has come a long way in the past few years, but always, men will feel the need to be superior to anyone. It seems to them that since we are typically shorter and more petite than they are, that must mean we are weaker. Also, they have a natural instinct to protect something, and women, being "weaker", obviously need that protection the most. However, you can't protect something that is just as strong as you are, can you? It doesn't seem to occur to them that we suffer more one week a month than they do, typically, in their lives, and that's not even going into childbirth.
