  1. Congrats and try not to worry too much, keep telling yourself, millions of girls have babies every day and they live to tell about it! Not only that but they do it again! I've been through 3 pregnancies (miscarried one), and they are so different from one baby to the next or one woman to the next. Your experience will be dif from any of us but some things are the same.  You will have bloodwork done often, and you will thankfully get used to it, I did, even though I hated needles! The body poking isn't really bad, that starts more towards the end of your pregnancy and you get used to it. Birth is painful, but how much, like i said is dif for everybody. I have one friend that swears by interthecal or however you spell it- she was pain free for the most part. I hated the epidural I had to take after 20 hours of labor- my legs were numb and i still had MUCHO pain. I went with no drugs for my second daughter and in the moment I told my family "I am going to die, call everybody and tell them to pray!" But I survived !!!!  Make sure your hospital delivery room will have a nice big tub- it's great for pain durring delivery.  Take classes (like lamaze) to help ease your stress about all the unknowns! You can Do It!!

  2. There are six billion people on the earth. Women have babies every minute of the day. If it was as horrible as some think there would be a lot fewer siblings born after the first one.

They don't give you shots when you are pregnant. Unless you need them.

Giving birth without drugs is doable. Sure it hurts but pushing a baby out isn't meant to be easy. That's why it is called "labor". It is over before too long and then you have your reward. An adorable infant.

  3. im 9 weeks pregnant and i can safely say during my 5 through about 8 weeks pregnant i couldnt figure out why in the h**l women continue to pop out babies like tic tacs. it sucked it really did but the morning sickness is starting to wear off and now every baby i see i think that imma have that come jan 24th. tomorrows my first ultrasound and i have never been more excited. the beginning is pretty rough i can say, even though im still in my first trimester, i just had the first rounds of blood work done today too. 9 viles and ill tell you i do not like needles. but its becoming much easier these days and i cant wait for the changes that my body is gonna  make

  4. No shots or anything-Doctors visit and fairly a breeze if your healthy.I had natural child birth with both of mine,it wasn't that bad-it seemed to go allot faster.I had my daughter in 29 minutes and my son in 45.Don't be scared women have been doing this for ages!

  5. Pregnancy itself is great! The birth can be very painful depending on if you have and epidural or not. They only stick you with needles to test if you have gestational diabetes and if you are RH negative. Maybe some other times if the doctors are concerned about something. Hope this helps.
