Hi Rosebud, I have just answered the same question so will repeat what I said there.

The sentence just about sums up the value of a child’s life and that lying and conniving are more acceptable than the crime itself. Sickening.

A sad case. I do think she has already been punished enough, but the Judge who had the full facts obviously thought she hadn't.
