Police in Fort Wright set up a prostitution sting and said one of the suspects they arrested engaged in s*x for a $100 gasoline card and other gifts.

Thirty-four-year-old Angela Eversole of Fort Wright is charged with prostitution and doing business without an occupational license. She pleaded not guilty at a Tuesday arraignment.

Police also arrested a man they said paid Eversole. He is 50-year-old Kenneth Nowak of Avon, Indiana.

Kenton County prosecutor Ken Easterling said it's sad when people are selling their bodies for gas.

I don't believe in selling your Bod but if a Woman or Man chooses to do so, what gives cops the right to interfere And Press Charges!?

  1. It's prostitution. The last time I checked that was illegal in most states. That's why she was arrested. Learn the law. You'd be better off for knowing it.

  2. Isn't it just plain prostitution?

  3. "I don't believe in selling your Bod but if a Woman or Man chooses to do so, what gives cops the right to interfere And Press Charges!?"

    .... THE LAW

  4. I agree that prostitution should be legalized, but I don't think that should be the real issue here. The fact that people are resorting to this for gas money should be enough to wake the oil companies up.

  5. Prostitution should not be illegal, but it is and that is why she was arrested.

  6. A p**n star would be "ACTING" there is a difference. She was not "acting" therefore p**n actresses are merely actresses acting out a character or part. THAT's the difference, had they of asked her to play a roll in a home movie for gas etc., she would have ONLY been charged with the occupational charge.

  7. It sounds more like bartering than prostitution. The government doesn't like it because they lose out  on the  taxes.

  8. You're comparing apple and oranges.  Prostitution and solicitation with out a license is illegal.

Distributors of pornography have the license to sell their videos.  As long as p**n does not cross the line with child p**n,  there is no crime in selling p**n as an adult content.

  9. it's ALL about the REVENUE!!  The best response I've read is the "it's all prostitution, marrige is just a LEGAL version" (something to that tune:)) ... ie: Fat,ugly ,balding 20 years older man, driving a Mecedes, with a nubile 25 year old smokin' hottie, buying $450. shoes and spending a chunk at Victorias Secret .......... tell me THAT'S not 'prostituting' yourself!! (da Gubmint STILL get their CUT so it's OK!!)  === GAS CARD?! Trading one thing that goes in a slot for another :P

  10. What? A successful p**n star is rolling cash..probably with her well-endowed co-stars. lol

Prostitution is illegal and I think it is a crying shame honestly. If consenting adults  work out a mutually beneficial contract, the legal system should have no need to get involved unless one party breaks said contract....now wouldn't that be a small claims court show you'd love to see. lol

Edit: Well done Jake! I couldn't have said it better myself...because I have been drinking a bit. lol

  11. I see your point.

Thats like relationships..they're just legalized prositution.

Maybe she should have said they were a couple.

  12. Eazy if its p**n there is a contract and a salary that can be taxed, prostitution means the IRS looses out.

  13. It's prostitution.

  14. Making prostitution a crime is just another way for the state to ensure a constant revenue stream.

    It's stupid, but profitable.

That's what this ~ and almost all prostitution laws ~ are all about.

    Cheers :-)

  15. I really, really hate prostitutes and prostitution, its like ‘The Magician’ letting you see behind the mirror

    What is that? AAAARH

  16. What a great idea.  Why didn't I think of that?  You could use the gas station's bathrooms - or your own car - while your filling it up on his gas card.  Yeah...Cool

So if you film it - is it legal?

  17. Prostitution laws vary between states, as do vendor licensing laws, taxation, and gun ownership laws.

Despite the ethical claim that a woman's body is her right to do with as she pleases, her actions in the public realm are rightfully subject to the laws of the state.  If she were clever enough to conduct all transactions in private, she would never have committed a crime, and would certainly never have been caught.

You have to remember that the cops didn't simply begin an investigation arbitrarily - this woman's conduct offended someone, and they lodged a complaint.

  18. Yes it is wrong, I nearly got arrested for trading cocaine for automatic weapons, god d**n stupid laws suck!!
